You are looking for a light and fluffy dessert that is easy to make, too? Then you have come to the right place! I love this recipe and also use it as a filling for yogurt tarts. It’s a great alternative to the super sweet and fat dessert crèmes and mousse.

Recipe for 6-8 servings
1 1/4 cup whipped cream
2 cups plain non-fat or low fat yogurt
Stevia or other sweetener
8 sheets of white gelatine, soaked
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup fruit juice, choose your favorite flavor
Soak gelatin leaves in cold water and whip cream using a handheld or tabletop mixer.
Heat up the fruit juice using a small pot or the microwave. Squeeze most of the water out of the gelatine and dissolve it in the warm juice. Let the juice cool for a little while.
Add whipped cream, butermilk and yogurt to a mixing bowl. Sweeten to taste. If juice gelatine mix has cooled to a hand luke temp add it to the bowl. Stir continuously when add the liquid. The liquid shouldn’t be too hot preventing the whipped cream to collapse.
Now pour the dessert in individual glasses or use it a filling for a fruit tart.
Decorate with fresh fruit or fruit puree.
