esskunst is my nutrition and cooking blog. I am a nutritionist and food scientist with a big love for good homemade non-convenience foods made from authentic recipes.

My best friend Meigan from New York City and I started our blog post season #cakefriday last year because of our love to cakes, desserts, sweets and everything baked. We are now in season two and love sharing our CAKELOVE.
